​State-Level Poverty-Stricken County

The term of state-level poverty-stricken country comes from China’s national standard for financial supports dealing with poverty. The qualification should be recognized by the State Council Leading Group Office of Poverty Alleviation and Development, which has been processed four times respectively in the year of 1986, 1994, 2006, and 2012.
