Planning Permit of Administration

It refers to the administrative tool of the government defined by the Urban and Rural Planning Law to control the activities of urban and rural construction, which aims to make all the construction activities follow the legalized urban and rural plans. The basic permit tool of urban-rural planning administration in China is the “One Permission and Three Certificates,” including the Permission Notes for Location, Land Use Permit, Building Permit, and Building Permit for Rural Construction.
