Multi-Plan Integration

Multi-plan integration aims to coordinate the potential conflicts between different kinds of plans at the city or county level, including the national economic and social development plan, urban-rural master plan, land use plan, environmental protection plan, etc, and integrate them into one set of planning documents.In2014, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Land and Resources, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development jointly released the Notice on Carrying out Pilot Work of Multi-Plan Integration at City and County Levels, proposing the pilot project of multi-plan integration in 28 cities and counties.
