"The quality of the ecological environment is the base color of park city. In the process of promoting carbon neutrality, we are shifting from reliance on energy resources to reliance on energy technology, which provides new ideas and driving forces for Chengdu to build the park city." On April 26, 2023, Mr. He Kebin, the academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and professor at Tsinghua University, said that since the 13th Five-Year Plan, the win-win situation has been reached in Chengdu's economic development and air quality improvement.

On April 26, the 3rd Park City Forum and the 6th International High-level Forum on Sustainable Urban Development were held in Tianfu New Area, Sichuan Province.
