The 48th International Planning Congress was held in Perm, Russia from September 10 to 13, 2011. The theme was Fast Forward: Planning in a (hyper) Dynamic Urban Context. ISOCARP Vice President, Vice President & Secretary General of UPSC SHI Nan moderated the plenary session, attended the EXCO meeting and Bureau meeting. UPSC Vice President & CAUPD President, LI Xiaojiang gave a keynote speech. Secretary General of UPSC Regional Planning Committee, Vice President of CAUPD WANG Kai moderated a special session. Secretary General of UPSC Ecological Planning Committee, Vice Chief Planner of Jiangsu Institute of Urban Planning and Design CHEN Xiaohui attended the scientific committee meeting.
