Since  UPSC announced the International Consulting in September 2021, it attracted the active participation of many design agencies. In order to ensure the quality of the participations, UPSC also organized a series of activities, such as task discussion, demonstration meeting, project press conference and medium-term communication meeting. Three schemes came into the final review after the preliminary review.

The final review targets at the three schemes of both the strategic planning and the conceptual urban design of XESTC.
